Jason Yan at Disqus told me that they had a brief outage of the RSS feeds in about the timeframe in which you reported the problem.

Any idea which RSS format disqus is using? NewsGator does not seem to like it.

I just verified that the comments RSS feed URL is correct.

Understand that you don't click on that link. You should right-click on it (or control-click), select "Properties" and then cut-and-paste the link into the subscription (add subscription) mechanism for your feed reader of choice. I use Google Reader, at http://www.google.com/reader/

The link for the comments feed seems to be incorrect.
